Sommaire
The perceived impact of ICT on mathematical learning by Mathematics teachers in the UK Following the publication of the results of a survey of classroom teachers conducted by Hyde (2004) five years ago, a similar study has been carried out by the author and a study group. The aims of the study are twofold, firstly to assess what teachers of mathematics in the UK now consider to be the contribution of ICT to mathematical learning in the classroom and secondly to compare current ICT usage with that of the original study. The author will report on the outcomes of the study and consider case studies and factors contributing to the differences and similarities in the findings.
